We’re able to offer residence for people on both a short and long term basis. We support people who can to return home, provide a comfortable home for those who cannot and offer end of life care for those who need it.

Our 24 hour nursing care in our newly opened care spaces caters to complex dementia and enduring mental health conditions. As we open the rest of our care spaces in the near future, we will provide a broad range of specialised nursing care, including but not limited to:

Acquired Brain Injury

Stroke

Complex Dementia

Schizophrenia

Borderline Personality Disorder

Parkinson’s Disease

Huntington’s Disease

Spinal Injury

Motor Neurone Disease

Enduring Mental Health

We offer a permanent home for people living with physical health needs that mean they need 24 hour medical support. Our team of qualified nurses and healthcare assistants give residents the personal care they need to be safe, happy, and well at all times.

We build rapport with our residents, really getting to know them. Understanding residents’ lives, loves, interests and triggers helps us provide the right support. We want the people in our care not just to live comfortably, but to thrive at Cherrybrook.

We create plans to meet each person’s best-case outcomes, adapting our approach with the person’s changing health and needs over time. We combine supporting any medical needs with our holistic focus. Appropriate social interactions, proper nutrition, and physical activities all come together to create these balanced personal care plans.

Take a look inside

Our 120 bedded home will be made up of two buildings designed to the highest of standards which will include:

Cherrybrook Care Home sits across two buildings within the same site. These distinct spaces allow us to offer different types of care for adults of varying age ranges and health needs, when all of our care spaces are open in the near future. Time and thought goes into placing residents in an area best suited to their needs, care plan and desired outcomes.

As with our approach to care, we pay the same attention to our interior details. From using the latest technology medi-care systems to ensuring every element of care is logged. From nutritional intake, medication to the choice of wallpaper and soft-furnishings, all details have been considered to make sure Cherrybrook feels like a comfortable home.
